Simply put, “JOLT” Sessions are intended to be occasional “one off” type invigorating, rejuvenating, getting unstuck coaching sessions while simple designated “Coaching” sessions are meant to be scheduled at least 2-4, or more, in sequence to inspire & ignite applied growth in particular areas. (With, typically, no more than one per week or two in a month)

YES! You will need to message me here through the platform first (chat bubble bottom right corner) to make sure we set it up correctly. (Or if you know that person’s availability, and you are certain you have their consent, you can schedule a coaching session above on their behalf. Be sure to include their name in the scheduling.)

For Community Membership Tiers, that have included Coaching Sessions, those can be gifted as well. You will need to message me through the platform so we can set that up properly. 

As a minister for 30+ years, I have freely given away an enormous amount of my time, coaching, energy and life essence ...happily I might add. Due to my role, the expectation was that this was included in my salary. However, I found after all those years of giving so much time that many people were merely curious if I agreed with choices they had already made their mind up about and weren't truly interested in guidance that led to deeper growth.

You see, things that are free are often not valued very much or are actually seen as cheap, disposable and maybe disregarded entirely. I discovered by my experience, and my own paid therapy, that you will put more in AND GET MUCH MORE OUT of that which costs you something. Truly, if you are serious about growth, and are ready for coaching, you will invest in yourself and the process. That investment will reflect tremendously in your results because you actually have manifested real “value” in it.

The amount of time, energy and experience I pour of myself into coaching needs to be reflected as well. I’m devoting the very best of myself in giving this to those who are ready and value it. And charging $$ makes this investment possible and helps me provide for my family.   

NOTE: For those who are ready, and DO VALUE it, but simply don’t have the financial means at this time, there will be limited sponsorships generously donated by supporters, available at some point in the future which will be communicated, with a clear way to apply for them. 

You may have guidance and coaching covered if you already have access to someone, or a community, who can provide that direction, support and equipping for your growth. If you already have that, we are thankful and would offer you to consider our courses and/or community for growth content that would further empower your journey.

On another note, there are many who "attend" churches who are hungry to grow but not sure how to get started with it and/or struggling to find it where they are. While we are not here to compete with, nor adversely affect, mainstream churches, we would ONLY desire to help them, WE ARE HERE to help any and all who desire to grow! 

Absolutely not! I draw heavily from the life and teaching of Jesus as the guide helping us make sense of life. I've never met anyone who didn't respect the character of Jesus. We can all benefit greatly from examining such a person. No beliefs are pushed and no attempts to convince or force anyone to think or believe a certain way. Paying close attention to the teachings of Jesus is not "being religious" or pushing some church's agenda. It's simply being a very wise human who is looking for someone to make sense of this thing we call life. No matter who you are or where you are in your growth journey.. ALL are welcomed as we ALL are encouraged to grow!
